Gather Property makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. However:

• Availability of units may change at any time.
• Images, artist impressions, layouts, and floor plans are provided for illustrative purposes only.
• Final specifications remain subject to the official documentation issued by the respective property developer.

Gather Property does not guarantee the continued availability of any advertised property.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Purchase

Submitting an enquiry or registering your interest does not guarantee:

• Property reservation.
• Unit allocation.
• Financing approval.
• Successful purchase.
• Eligibility for promotional offers.

All approvals remain subject to the policies and decisions of the respective property developer, financial institution, or relevant authority.

5. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding:

• Promotions.
• Investment opportunities.
• Appointment reminders.
• Market updates.
• Relevant property-related information.

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
